Health requests

Please cancel/postpone your appointment if you have anything that may possibly be contagious, from sore throats, colds and flu, or infectious skin conditions e.g. shingles, verrucae, athlete’s foot or other fungal infections.

You cannot receive reflexology if any of the following apply to you:
Current thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism
On a course of antibiotics

Cancellation & postponements

Please notify me as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fair-use fee of 50% of my usual treatment cost.

Accessibility

My treatment room is located on the first floor of my home, so you will need to climb stairs.

Payment

I accept payment by BACS or cash.
Payment will be made in person on the day, prior to the treatment.
